The chancel which is the oldest part of this church dates back to the 1200s. The font used to have a cover raised by a rope and pulley, although the cover has disappeared the pulley remains. The Hexagonal Goblet pulpit is 15th century. The wooden angels in the roof were made to celebrate Henry Vs victory at Agincourt. The parish bier is dated 12 April 1688 and is one of only three in this country. |
