The church in Ormesby St. Margaret is as you would expect dedicated to the patron saint St. Margaret of Antioch. the window shown to the right depicts her fight with the dragon. The story says the dragon ate her whole, but she was so pure that he could not digest her and had to spit her out unharmed. To the left is the East window Showing the risen Christ with angels and saints around him. The 500 year old font is shown below. |
